Yesterday we had the presentation of the I Can Triathlon at hotel Fuerte Marbella. I have a couple of days here and the truth is that the first impression is very impressive. I had time to inspect the circuits of the I Can, the swim in Puerto Banús looks great, the water is a bit chilly but not too much, yesterday I swam 40′ with the Salifish G-Range and first impression on both feet, hands and face is a little cold but nothing excessive and I warmed up quickly and felt very good for the rest of the swim. The bike has a flat first part until it begins to climb to get to the AP-7 highway, a couple of rolling hills to warm up and face the beginning of the stretch of highway. In the highway there are rolling hills, followed by fast areas where take a lot of speed. There will be two laps on the highway closed to traffic for triathletes of I Can Marbella, I think that is a luxury and the first time that I will compete in a road like this. The road has also been cleaned to avoid undesired flat tires. The bike will be left in the transition zone of Puerto Banús and the start of the run is on the pier with great views of the «Small boats» par ked there, foot race in the heart of Marbella luxury. From there it continues along the promenade area, in soft gravel surface very pleasant to run. And after completing the 21 kms. the finish is in front of the Fuerte Hotel, where after thew finish the triathletes would be able to take a dip in the pool. That´s real luxury!!

The weather this two days has been awesome, sun all day and the thermometer read 25 degrees celsius, it’s incredible to think that we are in March, well, this is Marbella.Relaxing day tomorrow and Saturday last workouts and preparations for the race. All in order!!
