After two days of traveling at last we landed in Kona. Saw Mauna Loa saying aloha to us  from above the clouds.

Straight to work, we needed to move our legs. Last long run before the Ironman, 25 good kilometers from Kona to the Natural Energy lab and back.

Most of my swims have been in the Pacific Ocean but once the pool was reopened I came to do some speed sets. Free entry in all the pools in Hawaii and great facilities.

Loving the coffee here and the Mac nuts too!!

Miguel Angel arrived on time to take care of us and put our bodies in order for the big day.

The big day is getting closer but there is no reason to not enjoy life here in the Big Island. Relaxing in White Sands Beach is always good, and it helps to get ready for the race for sure. Aloha!!
