Less than two weeks for the ITU Cross Triathlon Wolrd Championships and I’ve been doing a little bit of this:

It’s been only one session of mountain biking trying to recover the off road feeling, but the next big goal is Ironman Texas on may 21st so most of my rides have been on the BH GC Aero.

20.000 meters of swim, 380 km. of bike and 70 km. of run plus two gym sessions, it’s been a nice week not too long but with some intensity training and a great overall feeling. Sunday has been rest day, recharging my batteries for what comes ahead.
