Hiking to Gorbea
This week two days of mountain hiking, one day of inline skating and another day of standup paddle. No swim, bike or run, that will come next week. This last recovery week I started moving again doing things that I usually can´t do during the season, is good to oxigenate in all the sense of the word, to start reactivating and what is more important to have fun.
I will start training again this next week for the big day in october 8th.
